Each of our Parasol Partnership Clients get a dedicated Chief Information Officer (CIO) who coordinates every aspect of their technology service delivery. We’re not your local IT provider-who operates a break/fix operations model. Parasol Alliance technology managed services contracts are customizable and reviewed with you quarterly to address priorities and budgetary limits.  Contracts consist of a mix of IT strategic directives, including but not limited to:

IT strategic planning and CIO direction, regularly scheduled client meetings and reporting

Advanced Engineering, business systems support, onsite technology support, risk management and security oversight

IT vendor management, technology budgeting and cost effectiveness oversight

Defined technology service management and issue resolution that is covered by a service level agreement with specified resolution times

Project management and task work in both defined services and client-approved project statements of work

Ongoing IT operations management such as help desk, 24/7 system monitoring and support with integrated ticket management, policy writing, and staff training
