STEP 1 - DISCOVER
We begin by meeting with leadership and key employees to gain understanding of your organization’s strategic priorities, critical business objectives and financial parameters. We learn how technology is currently utilized as well as your vision for how technology can support your operations and enhance the lives of your residents.
STEP 2 - ASSESS
Our engineers conduct a full technology environmental assessment to include infrastructure, IT operations, business systems and security to determine existing capabilities. Additionally, we conduct onsite interviews with key stakeholders to better understand your processes and pain points. This analysis informs the recommendations we prepare to advance, improve and streamline technology systems that drive your business outcomes.
STEP 3 - STRATEGIZE
We use the discovery and assessment data to complete a comprehensive technology strategic plan. This is a tactical three-year roadmap for all technology projects and initiatives. The projects within the plan are categorized by priority and estimated budget.
STEP 4 - IMPLEMENT
Each client receives a Client Services Manager that works hand in hand with your team to determine the number of projects from the roadmap to complete each quarter. We deploy our team of experts in project management, engineering and business systems to implement your projects and provide a dedicated onsite technician as well as a robust remote service desk team available 24/7 to handle your day-to-day IT needs.
