Tech@Home Resident Support

Tech@Home Resident Support provides premier personalized technology support for residents in senior living communities.

With a strong commitment to being innovative, compassionate and responsive, we provide creative outlets for lifelong learning through one-on-one technology support and technology education. We also partner with your Life Enrichment team to build robust technology programming on your campus, both virtually and in person. We work onsite at senior living homes and communities to provide support for residents at their own pace.


These services can include, but are not limited to:

  • Technology device setup in resident apartments upon move-in
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) events
  • One-on-one support and troubleshooting for issues related to email, smartphone, computer, printing, smart speaker, engagement applications, tablets, and more
  • Technology classes - virtually or onsite
